I think it's lack of social skills, practicing to socialise and getting good at it, is what reduces it all
That means the good old language skills, learning grammar, learning basic stuff all over again.
For me, the only reason I'm having social anxiety is a suppressive environment since early on for the entire life.
Once I get realy good at talking and convey things I'll go from having anxiety to giving an anxiety since at 35-40 y/o,
I see myself as some kind of International Human Rights inspector once I get really bored of analysing Market Economy.
Since I feel cringe re-talking my backstories I'll go lightly headbump to Rammstein which is another cringe thing I do alone.
I really do not feel like going to university unless it is personal asistance and as some say I have a superiority complex.
Wouldn't go to an university unless it's Stanford or MIT.
All I can think of is maybe a compiler class and computer science class is the most of interest for me right now.
But you can also watch it all online. As I tried. But dropped due to closed minded closed source platform that provided it all.
Not to mention the content and resources weren't the top notch and useful.
Sometimes it's just better to research yourself, Universities are for profit things and it's only worth it if you put in lots of monies.
But even then, the people in MIT and Stanford are not the people that built the systems you are using right now.

And there you have it, someone have to up the thing and the quality in the society and it's not universities
